If you want to savour a cold and refreshing dessert, never ever have it at Happy Beans. It is not worth your money at all. Drive a little further to Snowflakes, SS15. I have no idea why Happy Beans could still survive. Different preference perhaps? Or maybe the customers haven't been exposed to heavenly desserts yet!

One of the most anticipated concerts to happen this year, MTV World Stage took Malaysia by storm on the 15th of August 2009. Headlining the concert were performances by Kasabian, Pixie Lott, Raygun, Boys like Girls, All American Rejects, and out own Estranged! Going back MTV's rock roots, all of the bands which performed with the exclusion of Pixie Lott were all the hottest rock and punk rock groups today. Hosted in Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach which was specially drained for this event, 15,000 rabid fans turned out in force to attend.

Subway has been offering "Sub of the Day" for quite some time. From Monday to Friday, there will be a different sub on the menu. I had a go on Thursday. It seems that Thursday is the best day to grab your "Sub of the Day" as you will get to enjoy turkey breast and ham as the main ingredient! The turkey breast is the leanest poultry - it's good for you. However, the ham is not so good for your body. The key is balance! Eat everything in moderation!
