Looking for a good bowl of noodles? Make your way to The House of Fishball! The name sounds a little awkward but I believe it is so because of their specialty, fishballs! However, today’s review will not be on the fishball noodles but rather the shredded chicken and prawn noodle (I even wonder whether I got the name correct). The House of Fishball is located near Public Bank and opposite Gazebo (which has been knocked down and construction works are ongoing) in SS15.

At the point in time when I had my meal, there was a promotion. You pay RM 6.00 and you get a drink to go with your noodles. Back to the noodles, the prawns were fresh and the chicken, well it tasted like chicken. Fresh or not, I can’t tell. The noodles were great, soft and did not clump together. The soup tasted fine! Don’t drink the whole bowl – it’s not good for your health!

Overall, the shredded chicken and prawn noodles is good. It’s reasonable for lunch too. I give it a 3/5.
