A Healthy Meal at Secret Recipe

Secret Recipe is not just about cakes! It also offers main course meals, from Asian to Western; from Gourmet to Sautee. If you’re looking for a healthy option, meaning non-fried, non-salty and non-saucy, opt for the Japanese Soba. The Japanese Soba also has its vegetarian alternative, the Vegetarian Soba. Being typically fussy with my calorie intake, the Vegetarian Soba is definite guilt-free meal. Soba noodles are basically buckwheat noodles, being rich with fibre to keep you and your appetite full and satiated.

The Soba Noodles is served with Chicken Ham, Mushrooms, Carrots, and Baby Romaine. It’s vegetarian alternative is served with the same accompaniment, with exclusion for the Chicken Ham. Served with a generous portion at RM 11.90, I’ll always vote for this healthy choice at Secret Recipe. x
