lol lol.. why la argue on this.. pening man.. u can try borrowing darwin's theory of evolution den read.. very very long.. i personally am really not into the evolution part of it.. all i can say is.. basically..
a. An egg comes first if u dont care wat egg it is.. When aquatic organisms started to move onto terrestial habitats and colonize them without relying on a water source for breeding, they created EGG lol.. without the egg shell, the cannot reproduce as it requires an aqeous environment to proliferate.
b. During the fertilization of gametes, genetic variation occurs and at the same time, mutation MIGHT occur. Over gazillion of generations of breeding after many weird mutations and adaptations and speciation, things such as duck became slightly not the OLD duck anymore. Could be improved or even made suckyfied. Sooner or later, that weird duck is known to be another species, maybe called CHICKEN lol..

I hope I am making sense. I just suddenly feel like leaving some weird comments LOL !! Nice web btw.. how come no1 tell me u all made this webbie ><"

stephenstreets,
LOL! I wonder if it was pun intended or not ;D Anyway, answers to Christopher's question.

25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.

It did not specifically mention that God created chicken or He did not but it was scientifically proven that there were dinosaurs back in the old old old days. So, the possibility of egg comes first is higher.
